The Return Process
1. Submit Ticket
Start your request online through our support portal. Provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Package & Mail
Once approved, ship back the original items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
3. Refund Processed
After inspection, your refund is issued. Get your money back in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
7-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Karn Decor products. If you change your mind, you can return standard, non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Original packaging is required for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Non-Returnable Items

Because custom decor items are manufactured specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-color orders unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please review your design choices carefully before checkout.
Refund Processing Times
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
